After spending one day together on 15 july 1988, the day of their graduation, between Emma Morley and Dexter Mayhew a friendship starts to develop, one which will last a lifetime. She is a girl coming from the working class who dreams to make the word a better place. He is a playboy coming from a rich family who dreams that the world is his playground.

In the two decades that follow the two live their lives through many days of 15 july. Together or separate we see the two of them friends for better or worse, with shatter dreams and hope, during happy times or with tears in their eyes. During this long journey the two discover that what they were searching for all this time was there all along. While they discover the significance of that day in 1988 they start to understand the nature of love and life.

When the shooting started the novel ´One day´ was already a best seller throughout the  world. It was translated in 31 languages, which is rare for out times, and it was a top seller in Great Britain, Italy and Sweden. The book won the Galaxy Nation Book award for the best book of fiction.

The shooting took place in the summer of 2010 and it lasted 10 weeks. The places where the movie was produced are: Edinburg, Paris, London and Dinard ( a small town in Greece). The soundtrack of the movie is full of songs from different ages, perfect for the journey the two take.

The production companies who made ´ One day´ are Focus Features and Random House Films in association with Color force and Film4. The actors who play in the movie are: Anne Hathaway, Jim Sturgess, Patricia Clarkson, Ken Stott, Romola Garai and Rafe Spall. The director of the movie is Lone Scherfig and the producer of the movie is called Nina Jacobson. If you like romantic movies our advice is to go and watch it because it is worth it. Just sit back and watch the two characters find their way to love and making a life together.

As we have mentioned earlier Real Steel was directed by Shawn Levy and it is based on a story written in 1956 called Steel and the authors of is Richard Matheson. The movie was produced by more than two companies: Dreamworks, 21Laps, Montford/Murphy Productions and Touchestones Pictures. The film originally meant to be released by somebody else and it was supposed to be released a couple of years ago but because of some problems between the producer and the production company the shooting of the film was delayed.

• Plot

This movie is a drama in the world of boxing. The action takes place in the future where robots with human appearances fight in the ring for people´s amusement. Jackman, who is the main character of his movie, is a former boxer who has to survive in a world where boxing between people has become illegal, because it is too violent. The new gladiators are robots who look like humans. At some point he discovered a robot who has never lost a fight with a robot, this is the thing that makes him ambitious to win a fight with a robot. During the movie, on his journey to becoming the best,  Jackman find out that he has a 13 year old kid.

It is a very interesting journey, you get to see the battles the main actor of this movie has to take in order to prove that he is better than the robots, that robots can not replace a game which was once played by humans.

This scientists fiction movie called ´Real Steel´ is great if you like this kind of movies. It has received a lot of positive reviews which only tells us that Steven Spielberg has once again made a great movie. These movies where there is a battle between man and robots seem to be all the same, they all express the need of underlining the fact that robots can never re lace humans, this is also true here but we also have a man´s struggle to break all the barriers that have been put in front of him because his days of glory have passed.

The movie The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn was launched in 2011 and it is a 3D movie based on the comic books The Adventures of Tintin. These comic books are very famous, they were written by a belgian artist Georges Remi. The movie was produced by Peter Jackson,written by Steven Moffat, Edgar Wright and Joe Cornish and directed by Steven Spielberg.

Steven Spielberg directed this movie based on three comic books: The Secret of the Unicorn which was written in 1943, The Crab with the Golden Claws  which was written in 1941 and last but not least the Red Rackham’s Treasure  which was written in 1944. The famous producer gained the rights to produce this movie just after the author passed away but did not start filming it until 2008. At first he wanted to launch the movie in 2010 but the date was delayed for 2011 because Universal did not want to produce the movie and it was picked up by Sony.

• Plot

The main character is of course Tintin who is a young journalist. The action starts when Tintin and his dog Snowy go to the European market and buy a boad called Unicorn. As soon as he gets this boat he meets a stranger called  Ivan Ivanovitch Sakharine who tries to buy it from him, but with no succes. The adventure starts when Tintin goest home but breaks his boat thanks to his neighbour’s dog. When the boat breaks a scroll fall from it and Snowy is the only one that notices. Pretty soon Tintin finds out that there are two more boats the same as the one he has and he needs to find them in order to find the other scrolls. If he finds the other scrolls he will be able to find the location of the treasure, the same place where they can find information about the sunken shipa called Unicorn.

Starting this kind of business can be very stressful, time consuming and consumes a lot of your money. However, if your production company will have success you will earn a lot of money.

• The first thing you have to do is create a business plan. You have to put together a lot of stuff such as: the genders you are going to specialize on, what is going to set you apart from the competition and how you are planning to grow. You have to register your television production company at the chamber of commerce. If you want to advertise your business you should buy some advertising space.
• To get started you should ask creators to bring their ideas to you or generate ideas of your own. After you have listed to a lot of ideas you should pick one that you feel will interest people and will have success.
• After you have chosen an idea it is time to hire the writers and the actors and start the actual production of the episode. You should make a budget before just to make sure that you do not waste money. When you are shooting the show you should take into consideration the crews necessities such as: food, water, restrooms.
• Once you have finished the pilot episode you have to start pitching at different programs just to get your show out there. Meet with networks and tell them about your idea. Always tell the good part of the show, you should emphasize the strengths and not the weaknesses.
• Do not give up if a couple of shows do not have success. In this industry you just have to keep trying until you find the idea which will get you on TV and stay there because people like it.
